HOW DO I FILL IN JOB SEARCH HISTORY ON PAPER Continued Claim Form?
I received notice of my new benefit year UI claim opened by reaching out to Sate Assemblywoman.
Received notice of claim filed form. AND paper Continued claim forms requiring job search history for pending weeks beginning in April after my original benefit year ended. my job search was internet and word of mouth only. I have months of pending certifications on PEUC. I answered yes to looked for work but only looked online and by word of mouth . the reason for loss of 15 year career in retail was elevated risk for Covid by age and medical condition.
HOW DO I FILL IN THE JOB SEARCH HISTORY ON THE BACK?
The EDD guide says internet job search is acceptable. but paper form does not have that type of category to report. PLEASE HELP!
