So I appealed my disqualification recently and stated I only need it until December 7th which would only be 2 months worth. A has anyone else done it and been approved and/or B how likely am I to get approved without seeing a judge? I don’t care about the whole judge case thing just need it approved a month ago. Thanks!

I just got a notice that I did not qualify for federal PUA benefits and have to pay back 2021 benefits. Not sure how to appeal or why this happened?
