Has anyone had any luck reaching the Special Claims Office (916-464-3300)? I've been told my issue (federal employee) can only be resolved through that office, but their phone line is impenetrable (rings and rings with intermittent option to press "0" to hold, and then eventual drop to busy signal.) Any knowledge of other phone numbers, emails, or snail mail address for the Special Claims Office would be appreciated. Their number is similar to an employer Work Sharing line (3343), which could indicate same location (?), but that's voice mail only and full. TIA.

Call them early in the morning around 8-9AM. I was able to get through with this number (916-464-3300) but my problem can't resolved. It seem like they don't know what are they doing.
