Anyone have feedback regarding reporting income that was paid as equipment rental through unemployment? I don't want to risk listing the production company, but I have to report the income.
They didn't pay it to my S corp.

I work in production as well, I've been told kit rentals are not considered labor or wages. If you absolutely want to report them you can on question 6 when it asks "did you receive any other income" and you can choose the drop down menu for "not listed" kind of income.
