I was notified in October of identity fraud with my claim. To this day ID documenta have been submitted several times and I haven’t seen my money since then. According to keybank money was sent back to the state. I want the money that is owe to me since October. How long does investigations take? Is anyone else going through this? Is there a direct number to the state I can call? Will I get my money reissued back?

I am with you. I am also going through it. Its unfortunate that it hasn't been resolved for you. I had the same exact thing happen with me. I am not sure where to turn.
