Hello, I'm now owed 8 weeks of pay. My acct was flagged for fraud and I was requested to verify ID. I did that through the EDD site, then a few weeks later was disqualified due to not submitting a second form of ID, However they never gave me an opportunity to submit a second form of id. Both methods of verification, the edd link and id.me only gave me one submission link with the option of either uploading my license or my passport. Each time I've managed to speak to someone at the EDD they tell me something different. I've uploaded through the edd link, id.me, sent in physical copies of my id verification forms to the id verification dept, as well as submitted an appeal. I've called my district assembly office and have them also trying to verify my ID. Super frustrating. I have no money and need help resolving this. Prior to being flagged I was receiving benefits with no problem. Does anyone have tips for how to resolve this?
