They keep trying to verify my identity and address. id.me said I'm verified but 2 days in a row edd is asking me to upload documents to verify my identity. Sent them a clear copy of my ID, my bank statement from EDD BofA card, my w2 and my rental agreement. They turned them down the first time. What do I do if they don't accept my documents again?

I got on the with them. Turns out they didn't turn down my documents. Just sent two request for the same documents on consecutive days. They told me my identity is verified, just need to wait til they verify my address. I should be good after that. Thank you for the back up plan tho.
