I have kind of a tricky situation, and would love to talk to Unemployment Gurus more. They make mention of this as a possibility, but link to their contact form simply take my to the Blog page, and a mentioned chat box window doesn't seem to exist (at least for me).
Has anyone been able to work with them directly?
Hey cannot figure out how to contact anyone at Gurus. I scheduled an appointment for today and paid for it at 2pm PDT got confirmation notices all week, and I'm sitting here waiting for the call at 2:40pm? Does anyone know what is up or done one of these? I have no way of contacting anyone?

Hey Gates, I'm pretty good at responding to the forum when it's something I can answer. As for direct assistance, we only are offering it to people who are stuck for many many months or want representation for appeals. There are too many questions we get privately that can be found in our blog -- so contacting us is no longer explicitly available. Asking in the forum is the best way to ask a question so that other people could find an answer if they happen to be in the same situation. As for you I did send you an e-mail just recently.
