I recently went from being "on-call/ part time" to being completely unemployed. I received a letter that I need to change my employment status but no one will answer my calls and I can't find any information on the website. I haven't received my benefits in 4 weeks (one week I did go back to help and received payment from my job) so I thought that was the problem but I still am not receiving my benefits.
