I havent been paid since August 2021. I was trying to still have unemployment help me for 4 months. I just got a new job that started in January. I have refilled new claims and redo all information verified 3x now and still claims they are having trouble recognizing me which is crazy because I put my ID and social security in 4x now. It is beyond annoying and I would like those months paid for being that I did have severe Covid case and not able to work from home because I couldn’t afford internet since they wanted over $45 a month for just wireless internet. I received a letter in mail telling me to call a number to prove it was me. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. I just need a quick response that for once is actually helpful.
