I reapplied for benefits a week ago. About 2 days later a reopen claim button popped up. What am I supposed to do? Reopen or leave alone?

I have had the exact same problem as the response above. Help!

I don't have an answer but was wondering the same thing! I was awarded an extension about a month ago that would have gone thru the summer and then recently received a notice to reapply but if you read it carefully it's says you do not have to if you are a on PUC (pandemic unemployment compensation?) claim so now I don't know what to do as I haven't gotten a deposit when I should have going on two weeks now.
