How did they originally ask you for them? If it was by mail you need to send it to the same mailing address that was on that letter. If it was online, they would have an upload button for you. The last method would be for them to ask you to verify through ID.me

If you don't see anything on your online account it's likely the paper way and you'd have to track that letter down
