My husband is self employed and was given unemployment benefits due to Covid. He has been receiving his benefits and was due to certify on Sunday but it said he had to reopen his case? Just confused on what to do?

To be honest it sounds like this is something you would need to call in for to make that go away. You can also try the contact page in your online profile and see if that's any faster (though I've heard it is not). I wouldn't wait on it especially since you haven't been able to certify at all. :(
