So I've been receiving benefits since July 2020. Have had no issues until December 26th when the CARES Act expired. Im still able to certify my weeks and have 9 current payments pending. I never recieved a link in my EDD account inbox. I had to reach out to EDD myself and the representative emailed me a link but to my actual email address. I successfully verified my identification through ID.me but now when I continue to call EDD to figure out what's going on, they never specifically tell me what the issue is but say that it has nothing to do with my identity. Says my claim is still under review cause of suspected fraud.. I've literally have checked all my certificates thinking maybe I had answered a question wrong but that wasn't the issue either. I havent received anything in the mail, no response to my emails. I'm literally lost as to what it could be.. anybody else dealing with this issue?
