If you work less hours than your standard UI payment do you still get 300 boost? for example if you get $150 a month and you work $140 do you get $10 plus the $300? How about if you get 150and work 200 do you still get 300?

Here is what i have for 4 weeks now ( shows my benefit year starting on 2019 but all the payment pages say benefit year starts 7/2020 and i am on "original UI certification"

BTW i have a wide variety of friends all in different situations These are some of the situations 1 Reapplied and was rejected ( out of benefit year) 2 my spouse same as me ( benefit year shows start July 2020) 3 Many friends pending for a month

I have no options to apply for a new benefit year The only thing i can do is Mail or fax a application as applying for benefits require me establishing a new Uionline account (not advised if you already have one ) I am still in my benefit year btw

Was told by my state representative that things would change on April 17 nothing has changed

Sorry i mean to say I am in a strange purgatory Cant do anything online with claim 1 cant file new claim 2 cant certify 3 cant get through to EDD even on sunday when it used to be quieter

friends around me are getting approved but me no luck

Was just thinking what a mess this EDD is I cant tell what causes these issues Old computers? Programming? Incompetent leadership?

But will they "automatically" move us to the new claim as it indicates on our account or whether we should bite the bullet and file a new claim? Seems u can file a new claim if you create a new UI online account but wonder if that is a bigger problem? Also are we losing benefits as we wait these weeks out?
