Thanks - did you just call the main EDD # 800-300-5616? I can never get through keeps hanging up on me. What menu option did you select when calling in - payments?

Same situation here - my original claim ended 3/15/21 (even though I was still on PEUC extension for several weeks); filed a new continued claim and got approved with new paperwork in the mail. I have since completed 6 weeks of certifications and they all still say PENDING payment - how do I get these pending certifications to be processed & completed? I've tried calling the main EDD 800# every day and it just keeps telling me they are too busy to handle calls and hangs up on me. Any suggestions???

How did you get this issue resolved? Similar situation here - just filed for the last 2 weeks but only had $450 left on my EDD balance; was paid for one week $450 + $300 federal and now my account says Maximum Benefits paid. FYI - a co-worker who was laid off the same date as me filed her final claim a few weeks back and then got an EDD text alert 2 days later saying: We filed a Federal-State Extended Duration (FED-ED) extension (up to 20 weeks) on your unemployment claim. So fingers crossed it will happen automatically soon!
