It's letting me certify, but I still haven't gotten paid for the prior week. I didn't want to certify yet if I'll have to open a new claim, then re-certify, or if it might create problems with the new claim. Is there a reason why I should certify even if I'm not getting paid?

I have a similar issue. My claim shows pending. It's been 1 year since since my claim began. I'm in the FED-ED extension. I'm not sure if I should keep waiting, or try to call, or open a new claim.
